Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FaceCoach, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

FaceCoach is an AI-powered facial analysis application that provides personalised improvement plans based on your facial features. The app analyses photos you submit and generates scores, metrics, and action plans covering areas such as mewing, skincare, diet, exercise, lifestyle, grooming, and posture. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial, informational use only.

Use Licence

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of FaceCoach for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in FaceCoach
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

AI-Powered Analysis

FaceCoach uses artificial intelligence to provide facial analysis and personalised improvement plans. The analysis provided is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical or dermatological advice.

Medical Disclaimer

FaceCoach is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The analysis, scores, and recommendations provided by the app are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. User Data and Privacy

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

FaceCoach offers optional subscription plans to unlock additional features and unlimited analyses. Key terms:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies
• Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends

User Content

By submitting photos to FaceCoach, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your photos for the purpose of providing the facial analysis service. You retain all ownership rights to your photos. You represent that you have the right to submit any photos you upload and that they do not violate any third party's rights.

Intellectual Property

All content in FaceCoach, including the AI models, analysis algorithms, graphics, interface design, and code, is owned by Frederick James or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app's content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
• Submit photos of other people without their consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to harass, bully, or cause distress to others
• Redistribute or resell the app or its content
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or gain unauthorised access to premium features
• Use the analysis results to discriminate against or harm others

Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on FaceCoach are provided on an "as is" basis. FaceCoach makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any facial analysis scores or recommendations. AI analysis is inherently approximate and results should be taken as general guidance only.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Frederick James or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use FaceCoach, even if Frederick James or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. This includes but is not limited to damages related to following recommendations provided by the app, dissatisfaction with analysis results, or any physical or psychological effects.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FaceCoach at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
